There are only a few things that you should know when ordering products from Folks’ Art:

1) When you click on the order button of a product on our site, a new purchase window will pop up. For best ease of use, we recommend adding the desired number of items to your “basket” and then closing the pop-up window to continue browsing through our main site. The items added to your basket will be remembered. Once you are done browsing, click on the order button again and then either add additional items or click on “checkout” in the top right corner of the pop-up window. You will then be prompted to complete the purchase.

2) After an order is placed, most orders will ship within 3-5 business days. However, on occasion, we have to special order the item(s) from our suppliers, and therefore the order may be delayed. On these occasions, we will notify you of this occurrence by e-mail.

3) If we ship your order outside of California, we will deduct the California sales tax included in your total bill.

4) Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the continental USA. We apologize if this is an inconvenience.

5) If there is a specific product that you are looking for, but we do not show it on our site, contact us about it. We may be able to special order that item for you.
